H.O.M.E. Buddies

What is a H.O.M.E. Buddy?   A H.O.M.E. Buddy is a partner in our H.O.M.E. (Housing Opportunities Made for Everyone) Buyer Education program.   H.O.M.E. Buddies are professionals in real estate, insurance,  financial services, remodeling or related services who adhere to a high standard of excellence and agree to give our students the most up-to-date information and quality service.  
The H.O.M.E. Buddies support our program financially as well.  The cost to become a H.O.M.E. Buddy is $25 per H.O.M.E. series or just $100 for the entire year (five series scheduled)!  For this fee, the H.O.M.E. Buddy is included as a presenter and active participant in the H.O.M.E. program.  Additionally, GLDC markets our H.O.M.E. Buddies’ programs, services and skills to our homebuyers and to the Greater Linden community in a number of ways, including through the classes, in the H.O.M.E. marketing materials, in the Greater Linden News, and in the Welcome Wagon baskets distributed to new Linden residents.

H.O.M.E. Buddies are critical to the success of our H.O.M.E. Buyer education program, and we appreciate them tremendously!
