Heather Dunn joined Arrow Title Agency, LLC in 2009 after several years of running her own agency. Raised in the mortgage industry, she has worked professionally in title and mortgage lending since 2002. Heather’s extensive understanding of all facets of the real estate closing process ranges from Title Order to Final Title Insurance Policy.


Heather's commitment to First Time Homebuyers and the general home buying process allows her to guide clients through the entire transaction.  The result is that her buyers feel knowledgeable and confident when they get to the closing table. Her expansive nationwide contacts in both Residential and Commercial Property Investment and Lending allow her to assist in overcoming client setbacks and ensure smooth transactions. Heather’s expertise spans land contracts, short sales, bulk sales, residential, commercial, rental properties, purchases/sales, and refinances.

Heather is also a member of The Licking County Board of Realtors and on the Governing Board of The Women’s Council of Realtors, while volunteering for numerous charitable organizations and causes.
