Sheree Smoot – Carleton Realty

Sheree Smoot, Realtor, Carleton Realty LLC, has been serving Central Ohio’s real estate needs since 2004. She holds the professional designation of Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Her experience includes a Bachelor degree in business majoring in Marketing, a Master’s of Science degree majoring in Human Resources, and 24 years in the Customer Service industry.

“I got into the real estate business to make a difference,” Sheree explains. Sheree’s goal is to help clients through the process of finding a home that they will be able to live comfortably in and enjoy for as many years as they choose. “Working with clients though the process of purchasing and/or selling their home is my top priority. Buying or selling a home is the biggest, most important, financial transaction people experience in their lifetime.” She believes in educating her clients throughout the entire real estate process. One of her favorite phrases is “information is FREE.”  She believes that once you decide to sell or buy your home, choosing the right real estate company and agent to represent you during this transaction is the most important decision you will make.

Sheree Smoot is an active member of the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR), the CBR Affordable Housing Committee, the Columbus Realist Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
