Background & Experience
William “Chip” Livisay is Chair of Greater Linden Development Corporation’s Board of Trustees and the Chair of GLDC’s Resource Development Committee. Chip currently serves as Prevention Program Manager for Columbus Public Health’s Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program. Chip has many years of experience dealing with complex issues such as revenue management, organizational problems and budget development and analysis. He also serves as Chair of the Franklin County Prevention Network and Vice-President for the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Association of Ohio. Chip and his family have been residents of the Linden community for over 18 years.
Robin Hicks is Vice-Chair of Greater Linden Development Corporation’s Board of Trustees. Robin is an experienced Realtor with RE/MAX Achievers office in Westerville, Ohio. Robin has her Masters Degree in Social Work and Public Administration. Robin’s interests are in housing, personnel, and resource development.
Peggy Kutz works at Akzo Nobel Coatings, Inc. as a Technical Information Specialist/Senior Chemist. She serves as the Secretary of Greater Linden Development Corporation, in addition to serving on the Personnel Committee and Resource Development Committee. She is involved with the Greater Linden Advisory Council as a representative from her company and is a member of the Youth Opportunity Fund Committee.
Reginald E. Johnson is a Vice President of Huntington National Bank and the Treasurer of Greater Linden Development Corporation. Mr. Johnson is also Senior Asset Manager of Huntington Community Development Corporation. Mr. Johnson is responsible for overseeing the due diligence and asset management of direct and syndicated LIHTC and Historic Tax Credit Investments, Venture Capital and Small Business Investment Corporations. Mr. Johnson joined Huntington National Bank from Bank One Community Development Corporation, where he was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Mr. Johnson was responsible for asset management covering 15 states. His responsibilities also included managing a $1.2 billion investment portfolio.
Clarence D. Lumpkin is Chair Emeritus of Greater Linden Development Corporation. Mr. Lumpkin has lived in Linden for 46 years. He commands a strong presence in the community, has worked on and with various organizations that directly impact the Linden area, and has been recognized for his community activism and service to the Linden community numerous times. He is retired from the State of Ohio Department of Highway Safety Bureau of Motor Vehicles where he last served as Chief of the Enforcement Division.

Dennis Kaufman has 29 years of management experience and is currently CEO of Total Image Specialists, located in the Linden area. He has served as a trustee for the Greater Linden Development Corporation since its inception, and is a past Board Chair.
Alysia Madison has worked for Nationwide Insurance for 3 years. Prior to Nationwide, she worked for Application Link as a Brand Manager for a product that serviced the Head Start community. She is currently in Specialty/IT Training for the Ohio/West Virginia Sales Region of Nationwide. She mentors at Buckeye Middle School and she just recently joined the board of the Greater Linden Development Corporation.
A. Dustin Mets is the Executive Vice President/COO of CompDrug, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit offering substance abuse prevention, intervention and treatment programs in Central Ohio. Dustin also serves as Trustee and Vice President of Columbus Montessori Education Center and was a member of the 2008 Grandview Heights Charter Review Commission.

Sharon Smith is one of the newest additions to Greater Linden Development Corporation’s Board of Trustees. Sharon is currently Manager of the Minority Business Affairs Division of the Ohio Department of Development. She has almost 20 years of economic development experience, with a focus on industrial development, and a background in entrepreneurship as a business owner. She has a passion for workforce development, and for the past 13 years her career has focused on minority business development.
Paul Washington is in his 31st year with Plaskolite, Inc. (a Linden area business) and is currently the Employment Services Manager. Paul serves as Chair of the Personnel Committee and as an Honorary Board member at Greater Linden Development Corporation.

Cassie Williams has been a childcare provider for more than 32 years. Cassie has worked with the Children’s Foundation out of Washington, D.C. and other organizations in designing and implementing programs for child care. She is a former resident of Linden, having served as a Commissioner on the South Linden Area Commission for many years.
